EA game registering questions plz help!?

I registered Burnout Paradise for the Xbox 360 on EA.onlineregister.com and I don't know what to do now. it says thank you for registering but i want the cheats and whatever for doing it like the instruction manuel says. I don't know what to do. how do i get the stuff for registering?
