I'm not very good at sewing and I'm trying to make three Akatsuki cloaks?

I already bought all of the material and I'm on a very low budget. I need to make this but I don't really NEED them until next April. I'm not very good at hand-sewing and I don't know how to use my sewing machine. My mom and friends are all busy and I don't even have the parts cut out yet because I'm afraid I'll measure wrong. Can someone help me? This is stressing me out D:
