How to defrost frozen er in a microwave?

please don't respond by telling me to just leave it on the counter or I "shouldn't" use a microwave. Just answer the damn question if you can and if you can't go on to another question and leave me alone. I know this sounds bad, but I feel forced to say this after reading all the idiotic answers here.
