Plastic Surgery Help?

I have a caveman forehead that I got from my Dad, and a nose that the tip of it goes slightly downward. So overall I look like a bird. My questions are is there anyway to get rid of my caveman forehead? And how much would that cost? Also how much would a nose job cost? Thank you for answering my questions, and hopefully not telling me that getting plastic surgery has risks and/or just giving me a lecture.
