Inquiry about an ault that allegedly took place in December of 2009?

Am trying to verify is a girl I met is being truthful about being ually aulted in late December, of 2009. Allegedly, she was ually aulted by four young marines in her family home while participating in alcohol consumption with the men and her younger brother. The location was in either Belmont, CA or on or near the campus of Stanford University. The female was 21 years of age...she claims the men d her and that charges were filed. Can ANYONE chime in and share any news of this - if it was reported or anything?
