3 year Indian bachelor degree?

I'm a BSc computer science graduate (3year) from India. I'm planning to migrate to Canada and subsequently do my Graduation there. But it was so unfortunate that Indian Bsc (3year) degree is not eligible for Master's degree which I came to know recently. And even if I want to do Bachelor's degree, my higher secondary marks will be consider for entry requirement. Now, I felt very bad that I have spent 3 year which has no value. Can somebody advise me how to go about it?
