Lowering overstated hospital charges?

I have about 5 hospital bills in collection and one more heading in the same direction. Difference is that this last one have some very overpriced charges on it like $150 for each tylenol tablet! Is there anyway I can talk to the hospital to lower the charges? Like a letter? Is it even possible? I have not been able to pay all of them and when I do I only submit payment to one of the collection agencies, (which I submit the payment on time each month to that CA) and not the others reason being that I want to tackle one collection agency at a time. Its all I can pay at the time. Is this wrong to pay only one CA at a time? Its all I can handle right now. I still have unresolved health problems because Im scared to get treated because I might be billed again and the cycle will just keep going. I dont want to file bankruptcy but does it look like I will have to.? Any help appreciated.
