Online job from Home in India?

I want to do a job from home using the computer and Internet. As there are so many web-sites and fraud,I'm not sure which one is more reliable.Or is it true that creating own blog and using Google adsense will be the best option? I want the web-site address that are dependable for online jobs,if any. I would also prefer to know the mode of payment that these web-sites would offer.
