Should teenagers be punished for engaging in ual activity?

i dont think they should be punished necesarily for , but i do think if they do make a "mistake" literally then they should have to be responsible for it and not have the option to get rid of it...that would be punishment enough. As for drinking and drugs they should definately be punished if they get caught doing it
