Why didn't all the liberals move to Canada like they promised?

These people denounced America and promised to leave forever and move to Canada if the 04 election didn't turn out exactly as they demanded it turn out, so why didn't they move there in m numbers? Canada would have gladly taken them. I know some liberals will say that they decided to stay and change America for the better, blah blah blah.....but they said they would leave....they promised!!! why won't they do one honest and decent thing in their life and just keep their word?
