IT HACKING HELP PLEASE!?

i have this teacher at school who 'boasts' about how good the school server is and all this, its sucky! can someone help me out on how i would go about messing around with the server, they've made it themselves and its, amazing etc, fags it sucks, someone help me mess around with it
